Let me start by saying that I don’t drink whiskey. My only association with whiskey is with illness. You see, I live in Georgia. Think cowboys, rednecks, campfires, chewin bacca, hunting, wranglers and whiskey. Around these parts, whiskey is the medicine of choice for whatever ails you. Have a cold? Go anywhere and they’ll start shoving whiskey your way. Have pneumonia? More w.h.i.s.k.e.y. I’m sure you get it. Because I associate it with illness the thought of whiskey makes me gag. I wanted to change my way of thinking so when I found an Apple Pie Whiskey recipe on Magical Butter, I decided to make some. And it was good. So good, in fact, I couldn’t wait for any and every one to come over so I could let them try it. Unfortunately, before I knew it, my trusty canning jars were empty so I’m making another round and decided to show you how easy it is to make some to give as gifts for Valentine’s Day or just to have to relax at the end of a busy day. You don’t need to live in Georgia to do that, right?
Before we go on, let me remind you that I have 3 Magical Butter machines up for grabs. Go ahead on over to my post to enter before continuing on to the recipe. If you don’t want to wait for the giveaway to end, you’re in luck because I’ve got a savings promo to share to save $25 off your purchase.
