Wedding Registry available now at Best Buy

“Shabby Chic Boho has been compensated in the form of a Best Buy Gift Card and/or received the product/service at a reduced price or for free.”

I’ve been visiting a lot of your blogs and boards on Pinterest and am excited to share something valuable to those of you I’ve discovered are getting married soon. First of all, congratulations are in order. Second of all, I’m also planning a wedding although it’s not my own. I’m a party planner in my spare time and that includes wedding planning. The valuable info I’m going to share with you is that as of Febuary of this year (yes this very month), BestBuy now has a wedding registry. This makes wedding gifts so much easier to decide on. Have you ever had to buy wedding gifts for the “hard to buy for” bride and groom? I have and it’s not something I look forward to.

Best Buy Wedding Registry

I know that some of you may already know exactly what you want from BestBuy but if you’re not sure where to start after registering, I suggest starting with the… starter registry. I’ve been a part of many weddings and I can tell you that even the pickiest brides can find something useful and desirable from this registry. I’ve got my eye on the iRobot (Roomba 880 Vacuum Cleaning Robot) as well as the Canon VIXIA HF R500 HD Flash Memory Camcorder. I bet you know someone that is getting married that could use either of these. Consumer electronics and small appliances are always a great gift idea for any couple. And don’t forget the towels. Even now, I can never have enough towels. We all use two towels each so every day is towel washing day around here. If only I had a dozen or so more, I could spread that out to every other day, lol.

Can you honestly tell me there isn’t something in this lot that you don’t want or need?

Best Buy Wedding Registry

One of the best reasons to use the new wedding registry at Best Buy is because you’ll get the gifts you want and your guests will be able to spend what they want from your list so it’s a win win situation (be sure to let them know shipping is free so they won’t be skeptical about those big items you want). Be sure to register and again, congrats to all of you who have weddings planned this year. I’d love to go to all of them if it were possible but since I can’t, be sure to share your registry link below so I can at least view your want lists.

Best Buy

I’m going to close with a Shabby Chic Boho tip which is “whispers” to add a Niles – Planter Box Indoor/Outdoor Speaker to your registry for all of those upcoming parties. Plant some flowers in it and no one will ever know that it’s even a speaker. It will go with just about any type of landscape. Check out all of the colors and styles at Best Buy. Every new couple need a speaker. Trust me, as the newest couple, everyone will want to spend all of their time with you so be prepared for a lot of outdoor fun and barbeques.

We have to avoid Best Buy when we make our trips into the city because I can usually never get my husband back out of there. There are so many great things though, sometimes even I’m tempted. I’m surprised they didn’t have a gift registry before this.

I’ve always loved the idea of a registry because folks can list what they really want and avoid endless kettles and post as gifts. This is a great idea.

Wedding registries and all kinds of gift registries are always great. And, I think it’s great news that Best Buy has gone into this kind of add-on service to its clients. I’m sure a lot of people will find it very convenient. The stuff for showers are added bonus.
