Diffuser and all natural aromatherapy oils
I’ve been using aromatherapy to relieve stress since my failed back surgery. I started looking into holistic ways to help manage my pain when I realized that I would always be in pain. I do take some medications for my back pain but so far I’ve been able to avoid narcotics. I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with taking them, some people need them. But for me who used to fall asleep from tylenol or aspirin (no joke) I don’t want to sleep my life away until and unless my pain worsens above my pain threshold.
So again, I rely on some holistic measures to help manage my pain. I’ve always got oils going in my oil diffuser, when I’m awake. I keep one by my desk if I’m on my computer, in the living room or where ever I may be. Different scents cause different reactions from me. The ones that are calming are the ones I stick with, like Lavender. There are other calming scents but I wanted to mention this one because it seems to calm the kids down as well. They’ve been enjoying a break from school but get fussy between themselves at times and I just fill up my diffuser with Lavender and put it where ever they happen to be playing. Out of reach of course.
I recently got a whole bunch of smell good oils from GuruNanda and the first thing I noticed was that I was breathing so much better. I’ve been fiddling around with some container flower gardens and my allergies have been acting up.
My GuruNanda 100ml Honeycomb Aromatherapy Diffuser is pretty cool…It lights up in all different colors and even shuts itself off when the water runs out. Best of all, it’s so quiet to use, it don’t stress me out from the noise. When you live with chronic pain, even noises can cause stress.
My Calily Aromatherapy Essential Oil Set came with 6 scented oils and I have enjoyed trying each one of them. I’m going to continue using these because I really have had great results from them and my home smells amazing as well. This set is made with pure oils (100 %).
You can buy both of these products on Amazon, at Walmart and even on the GuruNanda website at https://www.gurunanda.com. They have oils to cleanse, energize, calm, balance, comfort and so much more. I never realized there were so many useful reasons for essential oils.
