Getting Peanut Healthy with Bil-Jac Reduced Fat Dog Food

I received one or more samples of dog food for review purposes.

Peanut has been putting on weight lately and I’ve been really concerned about it. His little legs won’t hold up to the weight if he continues to expand. He’s already having issues with the leg that was injured shortly before he became my new fur baby. The cold weather is the cause I believe. We’ve both been limping around.

The problem I have with Peanut is that he’s picky. He’s a very picky eater. I can’t say how many different types of dog food I’ve tried to feed him but it’s more than 10. When I decided to try Bil-Jac Reduced Fat Dog Food, I really wasn’t sure if he’s take to it or not. He’d rather eat the cats food than his and it’s a daily struggle to persuade him to eat his own food. I know how important it is for him to get all of the nutrients he needs and I don’t think cat food will provide that for him.

As soon as I opened the package the Bil-Jac Reduced Fat Dog Food came in, Peanut was all but jumping on the coffee table to try it. He could smell the chicken and other ingredients and I had to give him some before he scratched the furniture. It made my day to see his tail wagging while he gobbled up the dog food. I could have jumped for joy. Because it’s reduced fat, I’m helping with his weight issue while making sure he is eating healthier. He’s eating real chicken which is his favorite flavor as well as a complete and balanced diet.
