I have been using Glow2Go Self Tanning Towelettes and I love how easy these towelettes are to use. It took me a few tries before I figured out how to apply them without getting streaks but I have it down pat now. Each pack comes with 20 natural tan single use towelettes and I use one for each area. When I’m through, I just throw the towelettes away. The towelettes are individually packaged and contains a self-tan formula. I start seeing results in as little as 4 hours but I can see the full affect in about 6 to 8 hours.

The packaging states to wait 10 minutes after use before getting dressed but it takes longer for me for some reason. The first time I used these towelettes, I waited 10 minutes and I streaked where my jeans touch my skin. I now wait as long as I can before getting dressed and that works really well for me. I prefer to use them at night so I can slip on my loose gown and I don’t have to worry about any streaking that way.

The towelettes work best if I shave my legs and under my arms and wait a full day before I use them. I’ve used the towelettes double as well as single use. After the first use and I saw the streaks, I used the towelettes again to make my tan even. Now I use them at night then again in the morning. They can be used after 4 hours for a deeper tan but I only have to use them twice a week to keep my tanned look going.

I get sun poisoning when I get in the sun or a tanning bed so these Glow2Go self tanning towelettes allow me to have the tan I want without having to go through the rashes I get from the sun. They are better for my skin of course because we all know how bad the sun can wrinkle our skin. I think the reason I get sun poisoning now is because of all of the years I spent sunbathing without sunscreen. I really don’t know though why the change happened. It’s just my theory.

If you are looking for an alternative way to tan and avoid the sun, I do recommend these towelettes. I think you are going to be pleased with the price as well.

  1. Aaaah, this is really interesting – in fact, it’s the first time I’ve heard about the product. BUT I do think that this is better alternative to laying under the sun. I would like to give this a try. This self-tanning towelette is pretty cool.

  2. I have a friend who could use this. She’s always on the look out for products that would give her a perfect tan.
