Now and “zen” kids get anxious about things and after checking out the GoZen! anxiety relief doll, I knew it was the perfect thing for Abby to help her with some of her anxiety problems. All of a sudden she has become fearful of rainy weather. Seriously fearful. We’ve been trying to figure out what caused the change but have not had any luck in that area yet so we need to address her fears in a fun way. I think all kids get anxious or worry to some extent about things that happen in life or what they think will happen in different situations, but, some kids worry more than other and that’s where the GoZen! doll comes in handy.

Meet Til and Widdle.

Til and Widdle

We received Widdle the worrier doll and Abby loves to let him ask her questions or make statements and it makes learning about worry a lot more fun for her. You can watch Til and Widdle in action on GoZen.com to see which doll or if both are the perfect choice for your situation.

Widdle the worrier is a handsome fella as you can see so kids can relate to his purple charm. Abby will sit and play with him all day listening to him talk and responding to his banter. When Abby gets a little older I’d love to purchase the “What’s Right with This Picture? Workbook” for her. The well being of all the kids is really important to me and I could use this to help Tyler and Alyssa as well.

If you have a worrier that worries excessively, be sure to head to GoZen! and check out Til and Widdle. They truly do help worriers like Abby and your child.

You will also be able to find homestudy programs, online programs and so much more. This is a great program for homeschooled kids or kids of any age that has anxiety issues. I’ve been applying the lessons I’ve learned to help Tyler quit procrastinating on all of his tasks and I’ve sored all of the valuable information shared to help him start with simple steps. I hope his procrastination will one day be a thing of the past.

  1. I’ve never heard of such a thing but I can see how it would be a big help. Kids do love their stuffies and tend to take care of them like they’re real. :)

  2. Though neither of my grandchildren suffer from anxiety issues, I’m well aware of what a problem it is plaguing kids. I fully support this post and hope that more kids can benefit from these two little guys :)

  3. This is such an interesting concept. When I see things like this it makes me wonder what parents did about our anxiety issues when we were growing up that worked? I’m not saying this concept isn’t worth consideration, but it does make me think along those lines.

  4. This is definitely a good idea as children will generally confide in an inanimate object pr a love pet before they will talk to an adult. Why this is so I don’t know. This also looks to be a very good home schooling program.

  5. This is such a great idea. I think it can be intimidating for kids to ask for themselves sometimes, but if their ‘friend’ is worried it is okay. Love this!
