I’m a Walmart shopper. I shop there every week. Every single week. And if I’m really honest with you, I have to admit that more times than not, I shop there several times a week. It’s close to home, convenient and of course, their prices make shopping there, smart. I always joke around with my friends that it’s the $100 store because I can’t get out of there without spending $100 and neither can they. There is always something I see that I need that’s not on my grocery list and that’s okay because I love their prices. I mean, after all, where else can you get a Weight Watchers® Scales by Conair® for such a low price?
Then there are the things that are on my grocery list. Like the convenient Weight Watchers, ® endorsed/licensed products. On my latest shopping trip to Walmart, I stocked up on a few of my favorite healthy items which include Flatout® Flatbread (endorsed by Weight Watchers®), JOLLY TIME® Healthy Pop® Popcorn (also endorsed by Weight Watchers®), and Arnold® Sandwich Thins rolls (again endorsed by Weight Watchers®).
Today, I’m going to show you how easy it is for you to create a healthy and delicious Healthy Grilled Chicken Salad With Veggies Flatout® Flatbread Roll-Ups Recipe with a light and easy homemade relish. You can have them for breakfast, yes seriously, lunch, dinner or even a snack. As I mentioned, they’re healthy and the Flatout® Flatbread is HIGH in protein and fiber. It’s important to get plenty of protein for energy and fiber to maintain your gut health when living healthier.
You can mix my recipe up to suit your family’s taste and also add other lean meats if you prefer. Just because something is healthy doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice taste. I made a conscious decision that 2018 was going to be the year I turn my eating habits around and I haven’t looked back. This is my favorite product of the three I’m sharing today. I can make everything from a healthy veggie wrap, or as we call them, roll-ups (if it means the kids will eat them if we call them roll-ups, they’re roll-ups), or even a healthy pizza. If you start with a good product endorsed by Weight Watchers® and be careful of what ingredients you add to your recipe, you too can change the way you eat. The Flatbread taste great making it a family favorite as well. It’s by far my favorite solution for creating quick, easy and tasty meals. You can find it in the deli/bakery area of your local grocery store. I buy mine at Walmart and they keep it on the shelves by the loaves of bread. JOLLY TIME® Healthy Pop® Popcorn (the only popcorn endorsed by Weight Watchers®)
These are packed individually and only have 100 calories per pack. The packs make way more than you’d expect for the calorie count making them a desirable snack for those like myself who are eating better. You can find the products in the deli/bakery area of your local grocery store or check on the popcorn aisle. That’s where the Walmart in our area stores theirs. Arnold® Sandwich Thins rolls (again endorsed by Weight Watchers®)
These sandwich thin rolls are an excellent source of fiber. You can purchase these in several different varieties including Whole Wheat, Honey Wheat, Flax & Fiber. They are wonderful for breakfast, lunch and even for a quick and easy dinner and can also be used in recipes. You get 3 SmartPoints® value per roll.
Healthy Grilled Chicken Salad With Veggies Flatout® Flatbread Roll-Ups (Wraps) Recipe
1 can grilled chicken breast (98% fat-free)
1 Heaping Tablespoon Sour cream (light)
2 Heaping Tablespoons Relish (try my sneaky relish below)
Mix, add salt and pepper to flavor if desired.
Get creative and use my below fruit/vegetable suggestions.
Obviously, you can use store-bought relish but I always make mine and it depends on what I’m making as to the ingredients I use in it. I ALWAYS add fruit/vegetables to my relish and the kids have no idea. When you have picky kids, you have to outsmart them.
Dill hamburger pickles
Lime Juice 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon
Add all ingredients to your blender and select chop.
All that’s left now is to serve and eat. Guilt-free eating never tasted so good with my new Walmart Weight Watchers®, endorsed/licensed product finds.
