Importance of Car Seats

“sponsored post”

When I was a first-time mom I was clueless when it came to car seats. I felt overwhelmed with how they work, which one was the best one and more importantly, I needed reassurance that my car’s Latch system was going to make it easy enough for me to get my son in and out of the car quickly. This was a major concern of mine. I lost a cousin in a train accident because their car stalled out on the track and they were not able to get her out of her car seat on time. It was the most devastating thing for my aunt, uncle and their family.

Importance of Car Seats

By the time my third child was born, I felt like a pro when it came to car seats and how to add or remove them from my car because as car seats improved, so did the knowledge about their safety. Times are changing though and one of those changes includes the fact that we can find out virtually anything we want to know by searching on the web. There are so many sites for everything imaginable. For instance, at cars.com, I can not only find the best deals on cars, I can read honest reviews so I’ll know which car is best for my growing family. I feel confident in the fact that they have three certified child passenger safety technicians who install and write their Car Seat Checks. helping to shed a little light on the often complicated and confusing process.

If you are lacking in your knowledge about car seats, click on my link to learn more. You also need to register your existing car seat so you can be informed if/when there’s a recall on it. Staying up to date on car seat checks could save a loved one’s life.
