I bought a bike last year because I thought it would be one way for me to keep up with the kids and be a part of their activities despite my joint pain associated with back injuries. For a little while, it seemed to work some. I could ride for short periods of time and I felt alive again. Then winter set it and my bike has remained parked outdoors since. Winter is harsh on my joint pain and my flare ups are more frequent. I don’t want to be the one that has to sit on the sideline, I want to be front and center with the kids. I’ve been desperate to find something to get me moving again. After all, I don’t think it’s too much to ask to be able to be a part of my own life.
Then along came Osteo Bi-Flex® EASE and I knew without a second thought that I wanted to be a part of the #MadetoMove in 7-Days with Osteo Bi-Flex® EASE! Not only is the winter months harsh, my joint pain is starting to be affected by the food I eat. Beef seems to be the worst. Do you know how hard it would be for me to have to give up steak? If you’ve ever read my about me page, you do ;). I want to eat what I want to eat and be as active as I possibly can. If taking Osteo Bi-Flex® EASE can do that for me then it’s time to start taking it. I will be taking it daily to see how well it works for my joint flare ups. I want to get back on my bike so I can ride like the wind. I’m confident the product will help me do that. I’ve read everything I can on this product and I’m so excited that I’ll be taking it. Do you have joint discomfort and want to join me? Osteo Bi-Flex® EASE wants you to try their #MadetoMove in 7-Days!
There are several things about this product that made me decide to try it:
