Osteo Bi-Flex® EASE wants you to try their #MadetoMove in 7-Days! #ad #MadeToMove

I bought a bike last year because I thought it would be one way for me to keep up with the kids and be a part of their activities despite my joint pain associated with back injuries. For a little while, it seemed to work some. I could ride for short periods of time and I felt alive again. Then winter set it and my bike has remained parked outdoors since. Winter is harsh on my joint pain and my flare ups are more frequent. I don’t want to be the one that has to sit on the sideline, I want to be front and center with the kids. I’ve been desperate to find something to get me moving again. After all, I don’t think it’s too much to ask to be able to be a part of my own life.

I love the way the bike looks! It reminds me of spring! I have a purple bike from my childhood, but I have been afraid to ride it!

I feel like my grandma would really benefit from this! She used to have arthritis very bad, when we lived up north. It’s not as bad in Florida, but she still has a hard time doing repetitive motions, like riding a bike.
