National Pecan Day, Turtle Pecan Biscotti

If bits of pecans, caramel, and milk chocolate makes you drool, keep reading. Today is National Pecan Day and living here in Georgia means I have access to pecans anytime day or night, and any season because I freeze some over the winter months. I love cooking with pecans and I enjoy foods with pecans in it. I recently received some Nonni’s Turtle Pecan Biscotti for review and I immediately opened them and began enjoying the crisp sweet taste of this amazing Biscotti.

Which brings me to another food item I love. Biscotti. I love it so much that I have a Pinterest board dedicated to Biscotti. I look forward to me time in the afternoons and I usually serve myself Biscotti and a cup of hot tea. It rejuvenates me and helps me make it through the rest of the day. While I love to cook and bake, I don’t have time to make my own Biscotti and with Nonni’s Biscotti, I don’t need to. It’s fresh and delicious each and every time, no matter what flavor I’m enjoying. Each one is individually wrapped for added freshness.

I’ve enjoyed many different flavors of Biscotti over my lifetime but this is the first time I’ve tried Turtle Pecan Biscotti. Will it be my last? No. It tastes every bit as good as it sounds. With every bite, I can taste the pecans, caramel and milk chocolate. And as always with Nonni’s, the fresh crunch and taste keeps me coming back for more. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate National Pecan Day than with Biscotti. Only 110 calories per serving.
