I have a balm crush with some new pain and chafing relief body glide balms, that I discovered a few weeks ago. I love balms. They’re an easy way to apply what is needed without the mess of ingredients getting all over my hands. Because I’ve been spending a lot of time in bed, healing from my latest back injury, a compression fracture to my spine (my bones snap like twigs even when I’m not doing anything, but that’s a whole other post), I don’t want messy lotions to get all over my sheets. With balms, I don’t have to worry about that.
Having received some samples of Body Glide, I immediately put their balms to the test. It’s not often that I highly recommend everything I review for companies but the 3 balms that I was sent, I’m going to highly recommend. They are a must-have for back to school students as well as the perfect stocking stuffers for Christmas.
I’m going to start off with Body Glide Balm For Her. Several weeks ago, I got a rash, on my breast line. This has never happened to me before. I keep my AC set on 70, so it’s not from sweat. It was a miserable rash and I was even afraid to put a brassiere on thinking it would only get worse. That’s when my balms arrived in the mail. I used the Body Glide Balm For Her and I’ve not had a rash since. I have been putting it on once a day and I’ll keep doing that until I’m convinced the rash is not coming back. It’s also recommended for thighs if you suffer from a rash there.
The next balm I want to gush over is relief for muscle pain. It’s a topical analgesic and I’ve been using it on some of my back injury areas. Especially in my muscle area. And like I mentioned, I’m in the bed a lot lately so I don’t want to get the icky cooling rubs on my sheets. The balm works equally as well and it’s not messy. I have tried everything there is on the market since my (failed) back surgery, and there isn’t anything I’ve tried that works better than this.
The last product I want to mention is the foot glide. Folks, it’s been a long hot summer and we all know that with summer sandals, comes dry cracked skin on our feet. Being stuck in bed most of my days, I can’t just hop in the car and dash to the salon to get a pedicure every time my feet need some TLC. There was a time when I was putting vaseline on my feet at night and covering them up with socks. As you can imagine, my socks are ruined and unusable for anything but that now. With the foot glide, I don’t have that problem. The no-mess balm allows me to glide it on my feet and immediately I can put my feet under the covers. Plus it’s an anti-blister balm.
So, there you have it. The best balms I’ve ever used. Which balm do you think you’d like to try first? You can see these and all other Body Glide balms at https://www.bodyglide.com/. Don’t worry, they’re not expensive like you’d think they’d be, for the results you’ll get.
