Try to time your nap for a period of the day when there wonât be any interruptions or disturbances. If you try to nap in the evening when your family have just returned home from school or work, then you probably wonât be able to sleep. However, if you sleep at lunchtime when nobodyâs at home and everybody outside is sitting down and eating, you will probably be able to get some rest.
