Are You Involved In Any Toxic Relationships?
You should start by looking at your relationships. Would you say that any of them are toxic, or that any of them are bringing you down/holding you back? If you would, then this has got to change. We recommend trying to identify why you feel this way about the specific relationship, and then working out what you can do to change this. First, you should try an honest and open conversation with them, telling them how you feel and seeing what they think about all of this. You can both then try to move forward in the healthiest way possible.
If this doesn’t work, then it’s time to get those scissors out and cut the cord, as you deserve better.
How Do You Feel About Yourself?
What do you see when you look in the mirror, do you like it? This is something a lot of people struggle with, it is perfectly normal. However, if you want to change some things about yourself then work on one thing at a time. If you want to be healthier then you could hit the gym or fix your diet. Do remember, that you are beautiful and always will be. If you want to refocus your energy and mindset then take a look at Katie Rollins.
Where Do You Want To Be?
Finally, think about your life and where you are currently at. Is this where you want to be? If not, think about ways to improve and get to where you want to be. It may be that you are not happy with your current job, so are thinking about getting back on the job hunt. Think about your skills and what you have to offer and bring to the table. Another company will be more than happy to use those skills and show they appreciate you.
Alternatively, you might find that you aren’t in the location you envisioned yourself being. You could still be renting when you wanted to be in your own home. Remember, don’t be too hard on yourself for this. Life is expensive and it isn’t showing any signs of getting cheaper.
