The fact is; every woman has a different experience with menopause. Often it is important to recognize your predisposition to certain issues. Do you already have a history of anxiety and depression? How was your physical health before menopause?

Balanced Diet

While every fiber of your being might be screaming out for sugary and fatty foods, they are just quick-fixes. Menopause is a marathon, not a sprint!
