Staying Healthy with a Busy Lifestyle

Staying healthy can be challenging at the best of times, but what about when you are running around after your 5-year-old, you are working 14-hour days, or when your idea of health is eating some trail mix on the tube in the morning to get in something?

Being busy and being healthy does not always mix very well. You often need to find the time to sit down to enjoy something healthy, prepare meals, exercise, and have time for enough sleep – sometimes, this can feel impossible.

Staying hydrated can be so difficult if you are busy. It isn’t just about chugging the water every ten minutes to try and get it in; it is also about the pee breaks that will inevitably triple too. Who has time for that!?

That being said, if that is a concern of yours, the body will learn to adapt and adjust over time, so you will be able to function and benefit from the hydration too.

If you are running around like a headless chicken, it makes sense that you might not be as hydrated as you could be, and this is an essential need for everyone, especially if you are working at maximum capacity for most of the day.
