Cool TV Shows to Watch in 2019

How many times have you found yourself obsessed with the ‘Netflix and chill’ wave that seems to be the everyday trend today? How many times do you think you’ll hopelessly fall as a victim of your screens as you fixate on finishing the next episode? Well, this has been my plight for so long that I’ve finally admitted to myself what a TV junkie I am – always have been since I first saw the big screen some decades ago. Movies don’t intrigue me that much unlike the thrush I get anticipating the next season of Devious Maids and the likes. In that grace, I’ve compiled a list of must-watch shows this coming year – buckle up guys!

Game of Thrones Season Finale

You guessed it right! This is first on my list and on everyone’s bucket list for 2019. The long-awaited invasion that’s sent shivers up our spines from the very first season has finally taken place – winter is here! Is there any hope with the newly recognized true king – John Snow – alongside the dragon queen? There’s so much to say about this, but what’s the fun in spoiling the party for you?

Stranger Things Season 3

We welcome you back to Hawkins, Indiana where all the action is about to go down. Netflix has finally confirmed the arrival of the long-awaited series after 2 years of stalling. Are you ready to meet Eleven and the gang and see what they are up to? Wait no more!

Star Trek Discovery Season 2

From the creators of Star Trek the movie, we now have a little bit of discovering to do in this second season. Viewers in the States can watch all the thrill and adventure on CBS All Access and those in Europe can chill with Netflix. New characters have furnished the setting bringing a new vibe and we can only expect a changing storyline. Don’t miss all the action from forgotten legends as it unfolds.

The Punisher Season 2

It’s atonement time for all the sins committed this January – there is no escaping the Punisher! It’s always motivating whenever someone stands up for the course of justice and the weak even if it means taking matters to own hands. When it comes to personal justice, no one delivers it better than Frank Castle. And trust me; you haven’t seen an actual punch if you haven’t seen this guy throw a fist!

It doesn’t really matter whether you’re on Hulu TV, SelectTV, Netflix or Amazon Prime Video, you can get access to these and much more interesting shows. I guess you’re about to have a really busy year; I only hope you get to see the year end successfully before you make plans for the next!
