When we are trying to eat a good diet the one thing we might not think of immediately is the color of the foods we eat.   9. I do follow your first point thoroughly before I started reading it. But you kind of mislead me by saying eat rainbows, it does mean M& M and gems. But rest of the tips, I follow unknowingly. I always look after my health but the question of how one can look after his health if the organization they work for believing in this term “longer work hours=more productivity”.Because I know for one Just want to know.
