It’s been a little while since I actually had time to get outdoors and take some backyard photos but that’s what I’ve been doing lately. I’m waiting until it’s safe from the coronavirus to expand a little more to state parks. Not only have I been putting a little time into photography again, but I’ve also had more time to pick through my cams to see which ones I want to keep and which ones I don’t. I have a pretty decent list and other than times like this, I don’t have the time to use them all. I’ve listed a couple on eBay and I’ll probably sell a couple more. If you’re interested in any of them please click on my link.

There is a reason I’m thinning out my cameras and the reason being, I am planning some upcoming trips, the one I’m most excited about is a week in Helen, Georgia. While deciding on which cameras and lenses to take with me, I have come to realize how inconvenient (and back-breaking) it is to take all of my cameras when I go. Since traveling is the only time I really use all of my cameras at one time, or at all for some, I don’t see any reason to hang on to all of them. I want to get down to 3 or 4 cams; 1 point and shoot, 1 PowerShot, and my latest camera, my rebel eos 800D. I’m having a problem deciding which to keep between my Canon SX30IS 14.1MP Digital Camera and my Canon PowerShot SX40 HS 12.1 MP Digital Camera but the other choices to thin out are easy.
Below are a few photos I’ve taken this week at our town square park using my Canon EOS 800D Rebel T7i 24.2MP DSLR Camera and my Canon 55-250 IS II Lens. I’m still pretty limited in places I can go around here to take photos.
