Trinity Industrial Services

Trinity Industrial Services

Business owners! If you have your own building and land that you own, you know how many things go wrong. Alternately, when you need to make improvements (willingly, not after something goes wrong), or if you want to expand, there is a ton of work that goes into expansion. Every business owner, no matter how big or small the business is, needs a demolition company that is reputable, hard working, and diligent. In Georgia, that demolition company is Trinity Industrial Services…and today, I want to share all about their business with you.

Sharing about local Georgia and Atlanta-based businesses is so important because word-of-mouth references are the best references out there. After that, it’s all about social media and media presence (Google, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). I’m doing my part and sharing about companies in the Atlanta area that have great reviews and treat their customers right, but the real question is, are you? If you are not sharing about local businesses that are doing great things, I urge you to start sharing. It’s easy, doesn’t take much time, and these businesses will definitely benefit from more media exposure. You are directly impacting your local economy and steering people into “shopping” local, which is always a fantastic thing. Sorry for that tangent; let’s jump in to learning more about Trinity Industrial Services!

Who is Trinity Industrial Services?

First of all, let’s talk about who (or what?) Trinity Industrial Services is and what services they offer. “Trinity Industrial Services is a unique provider of large-scale commercial and municipal demolition, facilities decommissioning, environmental site remediation and abatement services.” Trinity Industrial Services management team has over 65 years of experience when it comes to commercial demolition, construction, remediation, and environmental law. Since 2008, they have employed highly skilled staff and have specialized equipment that is able to deliver safe and cost-effective solutions for ALL structural demolition and environmental needs, which includes soil and groundwater.

One neat thing that I read on their website is that they are a service-disabled veteran-owned small business in the area.I had never heard of an SDVOSB before, but they say that it is defined as a business that is:

1. Not less than 51% of which is owned by one or more service-disabled veterans or, in the case of any publicly owned business, not less than 51% is owned by one or more service-disabled veterans; and

2. The management and daily business operations of which are controlled by one or more service disabled veterans or, in the case of a service-disabled veteran with permanent and severe disability, the spouse or permanent caregiver of such veteran.

Trinity Industrial Service’s owner, Tom, is the founding member of the business. Their website says, “Prior to running Trinity Industrial Services, Tom was a Business Development and Project Manager for Trinity’s affiliate company, Atlanta Demolition. He was responsible for managing several multimillion dollar projects in the commercial, industrial, and government sectors. Tom also had responsibilities for business development, operations improvements, and assisting Atlanta Demolition in Government bids and contracts. Preceding demolition and abatement, Tom has extensive experience in operations, management, and quality improvement in the automotive industry. He had a fiscal responsibility of a 15 million dollar annual budget in six collision centers. This experience as well as in quality and operational improvements has served him well in transitioning to a business owner himself.”

Trinity Industrial Services

His career originally began in the United States Air Force, where he was a non-commissioned officer. He worked his way up to become a master inspector and technician on military aircraft and jet engines. It was his goal to build Trinity Industrial Services to be a unique provider of large-scale government and commercial demolition, facilities decommissioning, environmental site remediation and abatement services. His goal has now turned into success.

Insurance and bonding

Trinity Industrial Services is fully insured and bonded. They maintain a $7,000,000 (single project) and a $10,000,000 (aggregate) bond line. And of course, bonding at higher levels is definitely available on a per-project need basis. Any business owner should be able to rest easy knowing that their project is completely protected.

Trinity Industrial Services prides themselves in meeting all needs of their clients in a timely, flexible, and professional manner. Their goal is to meet and exceed all scheduling and cost performance goals, while also complying with all applicable health and safety regulations and LEEDS goals. They are the best Atlanta GA demolition company out there and their amazing references + reviews, quality work, and prompt customer service definitely shows that. Any business owner would be lucky to work with Tom at Trinity Industrial Services!
