Different tasks require a different level of performance. A construction worker needs stamina, and a researcher needs concentration. A model, on the other hand, needs energy because they move a lot. Whether you are modeling in Oxford or any other part of the world, your diet will play a role in how well you perform at your job. Have healthy snacks such as nuts or blueberries in between shoots. Fruits and veggies also keep your skin healthy and glowing, which is vital. Experts have concluded that if you starve yourself, you are likely to have fatigue, be slower and concentrate less on your work. Nobody wants to work with a tired, unfocused model.

Keep in mind that different people have different diets. An athlete has a different diet from a construction worker or model. Find what works for your profession and stick to it.
