1. Get a health checkup

4. Go for a walk
Of course, everyone knows that exercises are important for a healthy lifestyle, but not everyone finds it easy to get into a rigorous routine. You should know, however, that daily exercise doesn’t have to be something incredibly strenuous or breathtaking – it can be as easy as just getting outside for a while and taking in the sights. Go for a nature walk, walk around the block for a bit – walk to the stores instead of driving.
