If you’re like me, you do a lot of entertaining. And when I’m not entertaining others, I’m entertaining myself with deliciously prepared meals. As you all know, I suffer from chronic back pain following failed back surgery, so there are days when I just don’t feel like standing to cook. So, whether I’m entertaining and need to give my back a break, or cooking for myself, I get a lot of use out of my Good Cooking Steak Stone Deluxe Serving Set. It’s one of those products that every kitchen should have, especially if you love hibachi-style cooking (and I do).
See it in action here…
The set includes a really well-made bamboo serving tray with a platter for the food as it’s finished cooking, and 3 bowls to add the sauce in. It also includes a cooking stone and a tray. To use this is super easy. I put my cooking stone in the oven at 550 degrees for 1 hour. According to your temperature, your time may vary. My oven won’t bake over 550 degrees but you can use a hotter setting. I kept checking it to make sure that when I added a drop of water and it evaporated in less than 10 seconds, I knew it was done. I then added some extra virgin olive oil to the top of the stone so my food wouldn’t stick.  You’re going to want to have some heavy-duty pot holders or oven mitts when you remove the stone from the oven. I use silicone oven mitts and if you don’t have any, there’s a wide variety of them available on Amazon.
Cooking is as easy as 1, 2, 3 on the Steak Stone Deluxe Serving Set. Seriously. 1. Prepare foods. 2 Cook. 3. Remove from stone.
If you know of anyone on your birthday, anniversary, or any event gift-giving list, that loves to cook and entertain, this Steak Stone Deluxe Serving Set is an affordable gift, for any gender.
