Seafood Medley Restaurant Style Straight To Your Table

When I dine out, I love to head to my favorite seafood restaurants.  There’s just something about the fresh seafood and rolls that keep me going back for more.  But since the beginning of the pandemic, I’ve been finding other ways to satisfy my seafood cravings.

On my search for ways to find seafood that I could cook at home, I came across Harvest of the Sea Seafood Medley.  In each frozen pack are Asian shrimp, Indian-wild-caught calamari, Argentine scallops, and Canadian Prince Edward Island blue mussels. And better still, it only takes a few minutes from start to finish to have dinner on the table.

Seafood Medley Restaurant Style Straight To Your Table

Being able to bring restaurant-style Seafood Medley straight to my table is so convenient, especially after a busy day when I don’t want to get dressed up to go out to dinner.

Seafood Medley cooked in melted butter is delicious all its own, but I’ve found an easy way to serve it to make it look and taste like I’ve spent hours in the kitchen. I only add a few ingredients but it gives it that pizazz I want when I’m entertaining.  It’s so easy to make, that even someone who’s never cooked a day in their lives, can make this.  And if you’re like me, you probably already have the few ingredients needed, already on hand.

Seafood Medley Restaurant Style Recipe

Seafood Medley Recipe

  1. 2 to 4 cups of Frozen Seafood Medley (depending on how many you will be serving)
  2. 2 tablespoons butter
  3. Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soup (1/2 can per 2 cups of Frozen Seafood Medley)
  4. 1 to 2 bay leaves (dried)
  5. Fresh plum tomatoes (garnish)
  6. Lemons (squeeze and garnish)
  7. Parsley (garnish)

Stir the Seafood Medley into the melted butter over medium heat.  Add the tomato sauce and bay leaves (1 per serving).  Cook until the soup cooks down some. I never go over 4 to 5 minutes.  Serve over linguini, rice, pasta, egg noodles,  or anything else you like to eat with your seafood.  Garnish with tomatoes, lemons, and parsley.

Serve, eat, repeat.

Seafood Medley is available at Costco Wholesale in the Bay Area and San Diego, California along with Texas. Beginning March 25, Seafood Medley will be available for purchase in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
