Terri Ramsey Beavers Whether you are going to the Kentucky Derby this year or going to a festival or even if you’re just heading out for some tourist travel, I’ve found the perfect place to buy designer hats for any occasion. After a long hard cold winter, I plan to head to warmer climates this year and I decided that I needed a wide brim hat to prevent sunburn. Even when I wear sunscreen, I burn easily and nothing can ruin a vacation more than a bad sunburn. When you’re fair skinned like I am, a sunburn of any strength can be miserable.
The hat I purchased was a one size fits all hat. My hat came with a band resizer to help adjust the width which was great because it kept me from returning it for being too large.
I could tell instantly when I unpacked my hat that it was extremely well made with quality materials. There is a logo on it which I think is always a nice touch because it makes it more authentic. I had researched the company before making my purchase because I seek out companies that add special touches like logos to their products and I was impressed by how they make their hats. Just like in the old days Tenth Street Hats still use rare hat-making machines that are nearly one-of-a-kind. I know that whether I head up north in the winter or head down south in the summer, my packable Packable Raffia Hat is going to protect me from the sun rays and I’m going to be fashionable at the same time.
