4. Streamline Equipment
If it’s starting to look like you’ll have to purchase a lot of varied equipment, look around for machines that combine your intended exercises into one.
There are dozens of great machines out there that can incorporate arms, shoulders, back, legs, and core while taking up the space of a single treadmill.
5. Don’t Forget The Mirror
Having a way to look at yourself and monitor your improvements as you work out is important.
It’s not an exercise in vanity to examine how your muscles are changing. If you start to look better, you’ll want to continue training! So, if you’ve got a little spare room in your budget, consider investing in a full-size mirror to place in front of your machines.
