Terri Ramsey Beavers For those of you who don’t know, I’ve lived since 1997 with extreme chronic pain due to failed back surgery. I’m not going to take you on my long road of being bedbound for years to how I got to the point of being able to move around although limited, however, I am going to say that it’s been a long and painful journey.
My bones are weak and brittle. Having recently discovered Ostinol Insta Joint Bone & Joint Supplement, I thought I had nothing to lose by trying it. One thing I should warn about is that this product is a little pricey but I really can’t put a price on living a more normal life it means I can move around more freely without the burn and pain. I have enough pain from my failed back surgery. My days consist of anywhere from 80 to 90% in my bed. Sitting is painful. Walking is painful. About the only time, I can find any relief is laying down.

I started out taking 4 capsules a day, 2 in the morning, and 2 in the evening, for the first 5 days, then I decreased it to taking 2 a day for a few days and now I’m taking one a day, in the morning. I normally don’t like to take capsules because a lot of supplements have an aftertaste. This product does not. At all. For those who are not dealing with issues like mine, and are in the older category, this could be exactly what you need to help produce adequate bone and cartilage tissue during your golden years. Don’t wait until you need it to try it. The sooner you start it, the more freedom for gardening or your other hobbies, you could have.
