Simple and Natural Beauty Tricks You Can Use Every Day

We live in an era where more and more people are turning towards natural remedies for beauty problems. While the marketing agencies are trying to persuade us that there is nothing better than their expensive products, we start to turn the head on the other end. There is a reason why companies are trying to prove to us that we should buy products from them. After all, the beauty industry is a $300 billion dollar empire.

We will not get into how much a woman spends on an average basis on her makeup. We are more concerned about the chemicals you put on your face when you apply makeup. No matter how “natural” or “organic” a product claims to be, it is nothing close to the 100% natural beauty tricks.

With that in mind, what if we tell you that there is a natural way to feel and look more beautiful, and it costs just a portion of what you are paying for an expensive cream? Let’s get to it.

Banana and egg treatment for your hair

We start you off with an egg hair mask that is one of the best things you can give to your hair. Banana is one of the most nourishing fruits, and that is the reason it makes its way into many natural masks. Speaking of this mask, it is specifically designed to add more shine to your hair.

How to make it? Simple, whisk one egg and mash one banana. Once you have a thick paste, apply to your hair, and leave it there for 10 to 30 minutes. Wash with your regular shampoo and conditioner. It is as simple as that.

Apple cider vinegar shampoo

If you want to go for an even more natural hair treatment, go for a natural shampoo as well. You have your natural hair mask that will add shine, so follow it up with a clarifying shampoo that will eliminate the build up in your hair.

To make this shampoo, mix ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar and 1 cup of water. Use it instead of your regular shampoo, and follow up it with a conditioner.

Deep conditioning natural hair treatment

If you want soft and hydrated hair, we have a treatment for you. This treatment will help you add moisture to your hair. It is a deep conditioning treatment involving coconut oil.

Simply melt coconut oil, and massage it into your scalp. Work through the rest of your hair, and leave the coconut oil to stay there for a couple of hours. Ideally, you can do this treatment overnight. Wash with a regular shampoo. Being that this is a conditioning treatment, there is no need to use a conditioner afterward.

Now, some people will tell you that coconut oil is hard to get out of your hair. If you fear that, try little coconut oil on some parts of your hair. If your shampoo can get it out, and you do not end up with greasy hair, use the treatment on your entire head.

Moisturizing nail treatment

When your nails are dry, they get brittle, and you risk breakage. Going to the salon over and over to fix your nails can be expensive. And even worse, the lady there just fixes your nails, not the root of the moisturizing problem. What we suggest is a simple treatment that will improve the strength and hydration of your nails. Hydration is key to healthy nails. All you have to do is soak your nails in olive oil for five minutes. Alternatively, you can apply olive oil on each nail, wrap it in some cloth, and remove the bandage after five minutes.

Honey mask for beginners

Raw honey is antibacterial, making it one of the best things you can put on your face. It is a great mask for beginners in the natural beauty routine. Honey helps you achieve soft and beautiful skin, free of any impurities and skin issues.

Get a tablespoon of raw honey, and gently warm it between your fingertips. Spread on your face, and leave it to stay for 10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water, and pat your face dry. Repeat once per week, and you will see results. Your face will be radiant.

Natural blackhead removal

Blackheads are a mild form of acne. They appear on the face and look like small bumps. The reason blackheads appear is simple, clogged hair follicles.

With that in mind, we suggest a simple, and very easy to make natural treatment for blackheads. Just place 4 or 5 drops of raw honey on an open lemon wedge. Use this wedge to rub your face for a minute, focusing on the areas with blackheads. After that leave it for five minutes, and then rinse with cold water. Do this before going outside, since lemon can make your skin photosensitive. Lemon is a natural bleaching agent and will help you even out the tone of your skin and get rid of blackheads.

Try dry brushing

In the past few years, dry brushing has become one of the most popular trends for stimulating circulation. Dry brushing follows a simple idea: you need to exfoliate your skin and promote blood flow. And the best part is that dry brushing is extremely cheap and easy.

Dry brushing brings a number of benefits, including improving circulation, preventing ingrown hair, tone up your body, boost your immune system, and increase energy levels.

It is very easy to do it. You need to start on dry skin before bathing and work in circular and upward motions. Finding a proper brush might be the biggest challenge. You need one that is not too rough, but not too soft as well. Dry brushing starts at your feet, and then you work towards the heart.

Gentle body scrub

Speaking of scrubs and exfoliating, we have one that is a bit more normal than dry brushing. If dry brushing is a bit painful for you, there are other options. You reap similar benefits, which are improving circulation and get rid of dead skin cells. Mix olive oil and sea salt in 2:1 ratio. This will give you an effective and thick body scrub. Rub it on your skin during a shower. The result will be softer and more glowing skin.

Toxic-free shaving cream

Shaving creams are full of toxins and chemicals. What we suggest is that you try something natural. You will be surprised how easy it is to substitute your shaving cream. Just coat your legs with coconut oil as a natural replacement. Shave with a gentle razor.

Skin brightener

You can use this treatment to improve the brightness of your skin, but also exfoliate your elbows and knees. Simply cut an orange in half, and then rub it on your elbows and knees. Focus on all the rough patches of skin on your body to soften them. Bonus points, this treatment smells good. Once you are done, rinse with lukewarm water.
