Coffee, tea or me? I’m a big coffee drinker, we’re talking all day every day. I can out-drink the best of them. Deja brew. And then there’s high tea. Mid-afternoon, I start dragging. I mean really dragging to the point it’s an effort to put one foot in front of the other. No, I’m not lazy but I do live with chronic pain. My pain stays between an 8 and 9, with 10 being the worst pain imaginable. It takes all of my strength just to make it from hour to hour. For this reason, I look forward to sitting still, catching up on reading and just being, while I sip on my favorite hot tea brands.
Coffee stains alone are reason enough for me to have to pay a lot of attention to my teeth. Then add a nice strong hot cup of tea on top of that, just doubles my reasoning. I think it’s really important that everyone uses an electric toothbrush, especially if you enjoy products that tend to stain your teeth. My teeth never feel clean when I use a toothbrush, after switching to an electric one, years ago.
I’ve made a list of my 5 top picks for electric toothbrushes and all are under $20 and have 4 – 5 star reviews. I’d you make a purchase using my links, I will receive a small commission in the form of a gift card, at no additional cost to you.
