As you all know by now, Abby is allergic to everything.  We have to check the ingredients of every single thing that goes into her little mouth or that touches her skin.  I tried Once Again nut butter in the past with great results (no allergies, hurrah) and I continue to buy it for the simple facts that not only do we all love it (especially in sammys and recipes) but there are so many varieties of nut butter, that even the pickiest of eaters in my family can enjoy their own flavors.  Their nut butter is the perfect choice for spreads, sandwiches, to use in main dish recipes and of course, they’re amazing in smoothies.  Today, I just want to remind everyone that as you’re planning your menus for after school snacks, Once Again should be at the top of your grocery list. There are so many ways to serve it and if you click here, you can find some recipes I think your entire family will enjoy.

You’re on track to keeping your family healthy with Once Again nut butter because they are free of additives and preservatives making them an even healthier choice than a lot of sandwich spreads.  They’re fabulous for dipping fruits and vegetables as well because of their textures. They’re made with nuts of course, like their name implies and come in organic, vegan and gluten-free varieties as well.  Once again really took everyone into consideration when creating their nut butter.

Today I’m going to share my Once Again nut butter power balls for after school snacking.  These are so easy to make, no cooking or baking of any type required.  I used Once Again Organic Amore Almond Spread with Milk Chocolate this time but I’ve used so many different flavors with excellent results each and every time.

A little FYI about the Once Again Organic Amore Almond Spread with Milk Chocolate before we gather our ingredients…

As the name applies, this nut butter is organic as well as fair trade and gluten-free.  The taste is so incredibly silky, you’d swear you were eating in a gourmet restaurant when you bite in.  Their ingredients use some of the same ingredients I use in my power ball recipe, such as cocoa, and milk, which is why I don’t have to add nearly as much.

Ingredients include organic cane sugar, organic roasted peeled almond paste, organic skim milk powder, organic low-fat cocoa powder, and organic sunflower oil.

Now, on to our Once Again Nut Butter Power Balls for After School Snacking recipe.
