Best Meatloaf #Recipe In Crock-Pot #boolik #EasyRoll
I received EasyRoll Parchment Paper for review purposes. All opinions are 100% mine.
I bake a lot here in hot and humid Georgia. It’s too hot to get outdoors so I bake. It’s a way to bond with the kids and do something fun. I’ve been teaching them how to cook since they were old enough to stand and we really enjoy it. I don’t like cleaning a big mess though and that’s why I use EasyRoll Parchment Paper for everything I bake. I even use it in my crock pot as you’ll see below. It makes my potatoes perfectly bakes and keeps my meatloaf moist and delicious.
I use parchment paper for all of my baking, cookies, biscuits, you name it. I also use it in my crock pot as I mentioned above and I’d love to share my meatloaf recipe with you. It makes perfect meatloaf every time and it makes enough for a family of 6.
Combine the following in a large bowl.
Family size ground beef.
2 cups baby carrots, chop in food processor.
1 vine ripe tomato, chop in food processor.
1/4 large Jalapeno pepper, seeded, chop in food processor.
2 T parsley.
1 t salt.
1/2 t pepper.
1 T Johnny’s garlic seasoning.
1 egg, mix in food processor.
1/3 cup tomato ketchup.
1/3 cup Italian dressing.
Pat down in crock pot, cover with EasyRoll Parchment Paper,
Wash Idaho baking potatoes and add in crock pot.
Cook on low until done or if you’re in a hurry, bump up the heat.
When your potatoes are ready, slice across the top and add melted butter with a dash of Johnny’s garlic seasoning.
The reason I prefer Boolik Parchment Paper is because of the ease of use. It cuts straight and it’s easy to use when I’m in a hurry which I always am. The box has tabs on the side to push in so the roll stays in place to give a nice sharp straight cut. When I use parchment paper, I know that the bottoms of my food is not going to burn. Without it, I burn everything on the bottom because of the way my oven cooks. I’ve yet to figure out the perfect temperature. I’d rather use gas to cook with but that wasn’t an option with my apartment. So I use parchment paper, every time and religiously. The kids are happy that they don’t have to eat burnt, hard, cookies and other baked goods and I’m happy that clean up is a breeze.
