I spent my weekends on the water, I soaked up the sun for hours at a time, and I even spent hours in the sun with my gardens.
After I became a nurse is when reality kicked in for me. All of the years of the unprotected sun were starting to weigh heavily on my mind. The more I learned about skin cancer and wrinkles, and even age spots, the more I regretted my carefree attitude. Now that I’m a SAH blogger, I’ve had a chance to try and review many different kinds of skincare products. I’ve also heard about some from other bloggers that I purchased to try.
With all of this in mind, I’ve created a list of 3 of my top favorite sunscreen products I think everyone should buy and use religiously, without fail.

I’ve compiled a list of 3 products you need to have on you before you step outdoors. By on you, I mean applied, dried, and protected from the sun.
1. Sun Patch Peel + Stick Sunblock

The reason I’m recommending these is for those times when you’re going to be outdoors for an extended period of time. Last on my list is Spa Technologies eco defense daily moisturize. When you use this along with the other above-mentioned sun protection products, it helps provide extra protection against sunburn, skin cancers, and other signs of sun exposure skin aging.
We hear a lot about climate change in the news and with that comes fluctuating temperatures as well as decreased moisture in the air. When the air is dryer so is our skin. These past couple of years I’ve noticed a marked dryness around my neck and decadent area. We need to provide more moisture and added skin protection against the weather, the sun, and just as an all-around balance of our dryness.
