I love D.I.Y. (do it yourself) projects and I love all things Hipster Hippie style. When you put them together you can come up with some really cool creations. Such as… your very own Hipster Hippie Wedding Invitations. At the bottom of this post is a step by step guide to make your Hipster Hippie wedding invitations at a fraction of the cost if you were to buy pre-made wedding invitations. Have fun with your invitations. You can express your very own style and I’m sure your guest will love them not only for their uniqueness but also because you put your time, heart and soul into making them special for your wedding day. It’s your wedding and anything goes.
The first thing you can do is to find an online invitation site that allows you to create D.I.Y. invitations of any style like Paperless Post. You can upload your own images and personalize your invitations to your heart’s content. To me, this is the easiest method to send invitations to family far and wide. They even have gifs, text effects, and stickers.
If you’d rather create invitations that you can mail instead, I’ve found quite a few printable images on Pinterest like the below Flower Power Vw Van Topper by Annette Crossley. Click on it to make your purchase (only $1.32). If this sweet and colorful image doesn’t rock your boat, keep looking. Anything you could ever possibly want or need can be found on Pinterest. I love making unique boards on Pinterest and while you are there searching for your perfect printable wedding invitation image, please take a second to browse through my boards. Shabby Chic Boho
