Terri Ramsey Beavers I’m so happy for spring, I almost wet my plants. There was a time when plants didn’t hold my interest. I must have been about 4 or 5. After I watched my parents plant the first garden I remember helping them plant, that all changed. From a very early age, I’ve enjoyed watching something I nourish and care for, flourish. I think that’s why I prefer small plants when I make new purchases. There is something completely satisfying about watching a plant become a full grown mature plant. If planting and nurturing a living thing is also up your alley, these indoor planters are a must have for spring updates.
1. Round Hanging Wall Vase Planter for Succulents or Herbs
I love the look of this planter, it’s so modern and will go with just about any decor. If you love to get creative, you could make your own very easily.
- 8 or 9 inch cake pan
- 12 x 12 sheet of plexiglass
- Gorilla Clear Grip Contact Adhesive
Just drill holes to hang it at the top of the pan and cut out the plexiglass to fit half of the pan. I use the FC Folding Pocket Utility Knife – Heavy Duty Box Cutter that I bought on Amazon for almost all of my crafts that involve cutting. Use a good glue like Gorilla Clear Grip Contact Adhesive to go around the plexiglass and put a book or something heavy on top of it. Allow drying for 48 hours. No matter what types of materials you need to bond together, there are various hot melt adhesive brands that can do the job. Allow drying for 48 hours.
