Adding A Dash And Splash Of Color To Your Big Day

Adding A Dash And Splash Of Color To Your Big Day

When organizing their wedding, most people will have some very clear aims in mind. To start, you will want this day to be unique to you, reflecting the relationship you have with your other half. Along with this, most people will want to enjoy their favorite music, food, and people on their big day, and it can take a lot of work to get all of this together. With all of this on your plate, it can be easy to lose sight of the smaller jobs you have to do. To help you out with this, this post will be going back to basics, showing you how to add some color to your wedding.

Clothing: For your bridesmaids, groomsmen, and other important people at the ceremony, it is likely that everyone will have worked hard to keep their clothing in line with one another. As a big part of this, color can be used to keep people in line and can be added to almost any garment to achieve good results. For dresses, small scarves, pieces of jewelry, and headwear can be perfect, giving you the chance to show off some color with minimal effort. For those wearing suits, options like pocket squares and ties are perfect. When you’re choosing items like this, it can be worth getting them all from the same place, as slight variations in the colors people are wearing will impact this process from the very start.

Flowers: It would be understandable if you want to have more than just the people donning pretty colors and making the place look lively, and most people will want to go further than this. To achieve this goal, flowers can be a great way to add color to anything. Flowers for weddings can be found everywhere, with companies specializing in this field being very important to the industry. Of course, though, you will have to pick out the options you like the most, and won’t be able to rely on someone else’s ideas to make your wedding unique.

Displays: Finally, as the last option to consider, it’s becoming very common for couples to have special displays set up for their wedding. Most of the time, these will chronicle your relationship, going through a timeline of the events which lead to your marriage. Of course, though, you have the chance to have some fun here, and the more creative you are, the better the end result will be. To help you with this process, it could be worth looking for a printing company that can make a variety of items. Not only will this make it easier to get everything made, but it will keep all of the colors consistent with each other.

Hopefully, this post will leave you feeling inspired to ditch the traditional colors which come with a wedding, choosing to break the mold and do something different. This sort of effort will always make your day a lot more memorable, and this will be enough to convince a lot of people to start working on it.

  18. I was busy planning my wedding this time 10 years ago. As I was browsing wedding dresses, I was drawn to dresses that had a pop of color in the design. My dress was white with red trim and my husband’s tux had red too. Then I went with navy for the wedding party. The flowers were fairly basic though because I am not a fan of spending thousands of dollars on something that dies in a few days. My bouquet was picked up at Micheals because I could use a coupon to save money.
