I don’t know what the weather is like where you live but here in Georgia, we are dealing with temperatures over 100, and oh baby, it’s hot outside. I blog from home and lately, I’ve found that I’m entirely too stationary during the heat wave we’re having. This isn’t helping me to reach my goal of living a healthier year.
Not being able to get outdoors to do any kind of exercise means I’ve had to look for new ways to get in some heart-pumping workouts. It’s because of my searching for indoors that led me to Cubii. I got my first Cubii last year and it really came in handy during the winter months. Because as much as I don’t like the heat, I don’t like frigid temperatures either. I’m on a hunt for a year-round perfect weather getaway, but that’s a whole other post. Today we’re fighting heat and gnats.
Back to my Cubii. You may be wondering what a Cubii is and I’m here to answer that. As the name implies, it’s like a little cube. It’s compact, I can slide it under my desk or slide it under my coffee table, where ever I am when I decide to use it. It’s the perfect way to show attention to your health without drawing attention to an enormous machine in the middle of your living space. Cubii provides indoor workout machines that are compact enough to fit anywhere in my small 11,000-foot 3-bedroom apartment. If you’ve ever lived in an apartment then you know that the rooms are smaller than house-sized rooms. Therefore I buy smaller items than I would if I lived in a house.
One of the features I like about Cubii workout machines such as the first one I own, shown above, is that I can slide it under my desk and workout while I’m checking my email, or surfing my favorite social media sites, and because the machines are so quiet, I can even exercise while blogging without losing my train of thought.
