As I did in January and February, I wanted to share 5 products I bought in March that I don’t regret. This doesn’t mean that it’s the only products I bought that I don’t regret, but it’s 5 that stand out as my favorite March purchases. First off, can you believe it’s spring already? It seems like just yesterday, I was buying my Thanksgiving meal, and now we’re not only into a new year, but we’re well into a new year. A new season for new beginnings. Before I proceed with my purchases, I need to inform you that some of the links are affiliate links. Which means that I will make a small commission off of the sale if you use my link to order (at no additional cost to you of course).
#1. CHULUX Single Serve Coffee Maker. I have always bought Keurig coffee makers but when mine died unexpectedly, I decided to look for a smaller k-cup model coffee maker. It took me a minute to decide that I actually like it a lot more despite some little things about it that I didn’t have to deal with, with my former Keurig. First off, it takes longer for the water to heat therefore it takes longer for my coffee to make. It’s less than a minute so it’s not like it takes this ridiculous time, but it is worth noting. The other small thing that is different is that you have to add a cup of water to it each and every time. I made a couple of messes in the beginning by doing that. I’d forget, then add the water when the pot was still hot and it resulted in coffee grinds everywhere. Now that I have the hang of my new coffee maker, I can’t see me using anything else. My coffee is nice and hot each and every time. If you’d like to try the CHULUX out, you can snag $4 off the already low price by clipping the coupon.
2. >Black/White Polka Dot Wicker Seat Cushions. I’ve seen the exact same cushions for around $99 and I was being cheap and didn’t want to spend that on the cushions. I decided to start price checking them and I found them for under $25 on Amazon. 2 cushions at that. I love how playful they look on my porch and I’ve had a lot of compliments from them. I live in an apartment and have had several people stop and tell me how pretty they are. I’m obsessed with polka dots and stripes so I decided to blend them with striped cushions in a bold yellow and white pattern. I’m including the link to the cushion covers as well. You’ll have to buy the pillow forms separately.
Even at night my cushions stand out.
3. Succulent Plants (12 Pack) Fully Rooted in Planter Pots with Soil. I lucked up and caught these on sale for $19.95 (they’ve gone back up to $35.95 which isn’t too bad). I had a concrete birdbath that wasn’t being used because it is so small, the water evaporates on an almost daily basis. It was difficult to keep clean and full so I decided to turn it into a planter. I love how it looks and I can’t wait for the succulents to fill out. I had enough left over to start several other pots of succulents as well. I use any and everything available to plant in. Bonus, they included some extra plants in my order.
4. Black and White Checkered Rug. I wanted a black and white rug to put under my hello mat and I fell in love with this one. I’m not a matchy, matchy sort of person so I didn’t want a rug that was polka dotted to match my cushions, or striped to match my pillow. The checkered look works perfectly to stand out to add to my patio decor instead of blending in.
5. The Lakeside Collection 26″ Forsythia Wreath. It took me a long time to find this wreath at an affordable price. I looked on Ebay, Etsy and Walmart but none were as cute and full as this one is, and at a fraction of the price I might add. It gives me a happy feeling when I arrive home to see the bright colors ready to greet me. I decided to buy one for my back patio as well, however, when I went back to make my purchase, it was not available. I’m watching and waiting.
There you have it. My favorite finds in March 2019 for my front porch. Have you bought anything you’d like to share? Leave the link in the comment so we can check it out.
I bought the chair set at Wayfair.com. It’s a couple of years old now and still holding on.
